Western Kentucky Correctional Complex escapees Jesse James Sebastian and James Ernest Whisman were captured 400 miles from Prince ton Friday, but the majority of their 20 days on the run was spent close to home ? including four break-ins at the Caldwell County High School.

Escapees apprehended in Georgia (Princeton Times Leader)

Twenty days of illegal freedom for two Western Kentucky Correctional Complex escapees came to an end Friday morning. Jesse James Sebastian and James Ernest Whisman were taken into custody in Lamar County, Ga., Friday, in a vehicle stolen from the Trice Hughes lot earlier this week.
