PINEVILLE ? James ?Jim? Charles Elliott went to be with his Lord September 30, 2008, at Duke Hospital in Durham, NC. He was born and raised in Pineville, Ky. He graduated from Bell Co. High School and attended Kilgore College in Tyler, Texas on a football scholarship.

PINEVILLE ? The Bell County Emergency and Homeless Shelter was at one time the last hope for people who found themselves in the unfortunate situation of being homeless and in Bell County. That ?last hope? no longer exists, the homeless shelter officially closed several months ago.
